Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and up to industry standards.

Job Responsibility

• Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
• Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
• Develop maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure optimal functioning of all HVAC systems
• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary parts and equipment
• Conduct regular inspections and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and related tools and equipment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
• Certification or degree in HVAC technology or a related field is preferred
