Location: Qatar Employment: Full-time, On-site
Salary Range:QAR 3,000–3,500 + AT

Role Summary

Lead site HVAC operations for an Oil & Gas facility—own PPM/CM planning, coordinate technicians/subcontractors, and enforce safety compliance.

Minimum Requirements

• Oil & Gas HVAC experience: 2+ years (mandatory)
• Total HVAC experience: 5+ years with team leadership exposure
• Strong site coordination, scheduling, and client communication
• Proven PPM/CM planning & execution across chillers/AHUs/FCUs/package/DX
• HSE compliance (PTW/LOTO/JSA) and documentation/reporting

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute PPM/CM, allocate manpower, review diagnostics & corrective actions, maintain KPIs/reports, lead toolbox talks, and ensure HSE compliance.
