Job Summary:

The AC Supervisor will oversee all aspects of air conditioning systems installation, maintenance, and repair in construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and a background in construction or electro-mechanical companies. The AC Supervisor will ensure that all AC works are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision & Coordination:
• Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems in buildings, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely completion of AC-related tasks.
• Assign and monitor tasks for AC technicians and workers.
• Inspection & Quality Control:
• Inspect installed AC systems to ensure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of AC units and systems before handover.
• Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving:
• Diagnose problems with AC systems and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained and available for use.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours spent.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for submission to the project management team.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure that the team follows all safety protocols during work.
• Client Interaction & Team Leadership:
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Train and mentor junior AC technicians and workers.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications:
• Diploma in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant technical field.
