HVAC Supervisor

Key Responsibilities of the role will include:

• 
  Conduct daily facility rounds and maintain a physical and electronic log of critical parameters, including energy meter readings, temperature and humidity levels, equipment running hours, water quality parameters, and complaint resolutions.
• Submit required data for reporting to the Site Energy Engineer. Take entire responsibility of operations and maintenance for the shift allocated.
• Supervise and manage the allocated shift by ensuring team members report on time, assigning duties effectively, monitoring task completion within deadlines, identifying challenges, and providing necessary support to resolve issues.
• Work closely with client engineering and maintenance teams to drive the adoption of energy-efficient operational practices in alignment with Site Energy Engineer’s guidance.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Smart Joules-owned equipment such as chillers, pumps, drives, motors, lights, fans, and building management systems.
• Execute maintenance tasks in coordination with Site Energy Engineer, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Assist Site Energy Engineer in conducting periodic audits to ensure Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) perform optimally and identify opportunities for additional ECMs.
• Manage warranties, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), spares, and inventory for site-specific equipment.
• Coordinate with the Site Energy Engineer to address additional requirements.

Specific requirements include:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience of at least 6 years.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, energy meters, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Proficiency in maintaining electronic logs and reporting tools.
