HVAC Supervisor ( Team Lead)

Job Title: Team Lead – HVAC Site Engineer
Location: Kolkata based location (Any site)
Experience: 5–10 years (Major experience in MEP industry with HVAC team lead exposure)
Industry: MEP / HVAC /Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HVAC design, installation & maintenance works
• Supervise HVAC team & coordinate with plumbing, electrical & BMS teams
• Review drawings, BOQs & ensure project execution as per standards
• Conduct site inspections, testing & commissioning
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality & regulatory standards

Requirements:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, McQuay Duct/Pipe Sizer & HVAC tools
• Strong project management & team handling skills
• Good communication & problem-solving ability
