Job Title: HVAC Technician
Department: Maintenance / Engineering
Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor / Facility Manager

Job Summary:

The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. The technician ensures systems operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Test and calibrate systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats.
• Handle refrigerants according to environmental regulations.
• Maintain service records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in HVAC or related technical field.
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and refrigeration cycles.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Valid driver’s license (if required).

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تركيب وفحص وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة وأجهزة التكييف والتبريد.
• تشخيص الأعطال الكهربائية والميكانيكية في الأنظمة.
• تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية الدورية.
• اختبار ومعايرة الأنظمة لضمان أفضل أداء.
• استبدال الأجزاء التالفة مثل الضواغط والمحركات والمراوح وأجهزة التحكم.
• التعامل مع غازات التبريد وفقًا للوائح البيئية.
• إعداد تقارير الصيانة وحفظ السجلات.
• الالتزام بمعايير السلامة وسياسات الشركة.
• الاستجابة لبلاغات الأعطال الطارئة عند الحاجة.

المتطلبات:

• دبلوم أو شهادة في التكييف والتبريد أو مجال فني ذي صلة.
• خبرة سابقة في مجال التكييف والتبريد.
• معرفة جيدة بالأنظمة الكهربائية ودورات التبريد.
• القدرة على قراءة المخططات الفنية.
• مهارات جيدة في تحليل الأعطال وحل المشكلات.
• القدرة البدنية على حمل المعدات والعمل في أماكن ضيقة.
• رخصة قيادة سارية (إذا لزم الأمر).
