HVAC Technicians / Engineers

We are seeking skilled and experienced HVAC Technicians / Engineers to join our talent pool for upcoming projects across the UAE, GCC, and global locations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of HVAC systems across commercial, industrial, or oil & gas sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, and VRF/VRV systems).
• Diagnose faults and perform corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Calibrate HVAC controls, thermostats, and sensors for efficient system performance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Support commissioning activities and prepare service/maintenance reports.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project managers for smooth execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, or project installation.
• Strong understanding of HVAC principles, refrigerants, and safety standards.
• Prior experience in GCC countries (preferred).
• Ability to work independently or as part of a technical team.

Skills Required:

• HVAC system diagnostics and repair
• Preventive maintenance scheduling
• Ducting, piping, and insulation work
• Knowledge of BMS systems (preferred)
• Good communication and reporting skills
