HVAC/AC Technician – Facilities Management
Job Criteria:

• Diploma or Technical Certification in HVAC, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, split units, package units, VRF/VRV systems, and ventilation systems.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
• Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC system faults.
• Knowledge of electrical controls, thermostats, motors, compressors, and refrigerant handling.
• Familiarity with safety standards, maintenance procedures, and local regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond to emergency maintenance calls when required.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.
• Candidates currently available in Qatar with NOC/transferable visa are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and air conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure optimal operation.
• Maintain maintenance records and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with the facilities team to ensure uninterrupted operation of building services.

Pay: Up to QAR2,700.00 per month
