The Role: Commercial HVAC/R Dispatcher

We are searching for a high-caliber experienced dispatcher to join the heartbeat of our service operation.

This role is far bigger than answering phones or moving jobs around a board.

You are the connection point between our customers, technicians, leadership team, and daily execution. The way you think, communicate, organize, and lead directly impacts customer satisfaction, technician success, company revenue, and team morale.

The right person for this role thrives in urgency, loves solving problems, creates order from chaos, and takes pride in winning the day.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and dispatch commercial HVAC/R service calls efficiently
• Schedule technicians based on skill set, geography, urgency, and opportunity
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and service needs
• Support technicians in the field with logistics, parts, and job flow
• Maximize schedule efficiency and revenue opportunities daily
• Handle real-time changes quickly and professionally
• Work closely with leadership on priorities and execution
• Maintain accurate job notes, dispatch boards, and communication logs
• Help create an elite customer experience every single day
• Protect team culture through professionalism and positivity

What You Bring

Required:

• HVAC dispatching or service coordination
• Experience in ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software
• Strong multitasking and organizational ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable attendance and professionalism
• Ability to think fast and stay composed under pressure
