A leading health insurance provider is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Dubai. This role requires UAE Nationals with a University degree and offers a hybrid working model-4 days at home and 1 day in the office. Responsibilities include supporting customer inquiries, managing membership changes, and resolving billing issues. The ideal candidate has previous experience in health insurance and is focused on providing excellent customer service. Full-time position with a commitment to work shifts between 08:00 and 17:00, including weekends as necessary.
