Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across civil, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry works.
- Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance in offices, buildings, and project facilities.
- Repair and replace fixtures such as door locks, hinges, tiles, ceiling panels, light fittings, and plumbing accessories.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently and safely.
- Support site teams in setting up, maintaining, and repairing temporary facilities and equipment.
- Assist in minor painting, masonry, and finishing works as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Keep records of maintenance activities, materials used, and tools issued.
- Report major repair needs or potential hazards to supervisors for corrective action.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Building Maintenance, Electrical, Plumbing, or a related trade.
- 4–6 years of experience in general building or facility maintenance (experience in construction sites preferred).
- Strong hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and basic civil repair works.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform multiple repair tasks independently.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physically fit and able to work in various site environments.
- Flexible to work extended hours or weekends when required.
- GCC experience and valid driving license are an added advantage.
