Job Title: Hygiene Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hygiene Manager to oversee and implement hygiene and sanitation standards across our operations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in food safety management systems and ISO certification processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor hygiene policies, procedures, and programs across all outlets and central kitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and local food safety regulations.
- Conduct regular hygiene audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Oversee cleaning and sanitation schedules, pest control programs, and waste management systems.
- Coordinate with the quality, operations, and maintenance teams to address hygiene-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain documentation required for ISO and HACCP certification audits.
- Train and guide employees on food safety, hygiene practices, and personal sanitation standards.
- Liaise with local authorities and certification bodies for inspections and audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hygiene and food safety performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Food Technology, Microbiology, Environmental Health, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food safety and hygiene management, preferably in the F&B, catering, or hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, and QHSE systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with audit documentation systems.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
