We help businesses simplify their delivery processes through a powerful tech-driven platform, enabling faster, smarter, and more cost-effective shipping.Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive with 1+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage daily logistics operations, coordinate with internal teams, ensure timely order processing, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment & Tracking: Monitor and manage daily shipments, ensuring timely pickups, in-transit updates, and successful deliveries.Vendor & Courier Coordination: Coordinate with multiple courier partners and logistics vendors for pickups, delivery, and escalations.Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for B2B or B2C clients for operational queries and resolve issues related to shipments.Data Management & Reporting: Maintain shipment records, analyze operational data, and generate periodic performance and SLA reports.Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks or delays and suggest solutions to optimize the shipping lifecycle.Inventory and Warehouse Coordination (if applicable): Collaborate with warehouse teams for accurate inventory tracking, packaging, and dispatch.Compliance & Quality Checks: Ensure that operational activities comply with internal SOPs, customer requirements, and quality standards.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.1+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain (preferably in a tech or logistics startup).Knowledge of logistics platforms and courier APIs is a plus.Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data management skills.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
