ICU Staff Nurse

*HOSTEL FACILITY AVAILABLE*

• Deliver direct nursing care to critically ill patients, ensuring safe and effective clinical practice.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, neurological status, ventilator settings, and other critical parameters.
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and life-saving interventions in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced medical equipment (ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors, dialysis machines, etc.).
• Recognize and respond rapidly to life-threatening changes in patients’ conditions (e.g., cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, sepsis).
• Assist in advanced procedures (intubation, central line insertion, chest tube management, etc.).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families regarding critical care and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and hospital quality standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
