Role:

The job holder is responsible for Participating in the implementation, configuration, and customization of SailPoint solutions (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow).

Develop and maintain connectors/integrations with systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, Workday, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications.

Create and manage workflows, provisioning rules, policies, roles, and reports in SailPoint.

Assist with access reviews, certification campaigns, and identity lifecycle processes.
-
Analyze IAM requirements, conduct gap assessments, and provide technical recommendations.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint-related issues, ensuring high availability and performance.

Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams and clients.

Stay current on SailPoint features, updates, and IAM trends.
Responsibilities:

Leading and participating in the full lifecycle of SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow deployments—from design to go-live.

Building robust integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., AD, LDAP, Workday, ServiceNow) for identity data flow and access provisioning.

Creating and managing workflows, provisioning rules, policies, and access roles to enforce identity governance controls.

Design and implementation of workflows, provisioning rules, access policies, and roles within SailPoint.

Execution and support of access certifications, role reviews, and identity lifecycle events.
-
Documentation of current-state IAM environments and delivery of gap assessment findings with actionable recommendations.

Resolution of technical issues in SailPoint solutions, ensuring uptime, performance, and user satisfaction.

Preparation of technical documents, runbooks, and training materials for support and client teams.
-
Delivery of IAM configurations and reports aligned with compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).

Development using Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, XML, and SQL to customize and extend SailPoint capabilities.

Experience (add relevant Exp also)

Minimum of 3+ years hands-on experience with
SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow
. Strong understanding of
identity lifecycle management, RBAC, SOD policies
, and
access certifications
-
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AD, AWS, GCP) and SaaS applications.
-
Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR.
