Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Managing Director to lead and grow a well-established immigration agency in Doha. The ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on expertise in work permit programs and permanent residence (PR) programs, along with proven leadership experience within the immigration or related professional services industry.

This role requires a strategic leader who can drive business growth, ensure regulatory compliance, manage high-performing teams, and deliver successful outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operations, strategy, and performance of the immigration agency
• Oversee and actively manage work permit, residency, and PR programs across multiple jurisdictions
• Ensure full compliance with Qatar regulations and international immigration laws
• Develop and implement result-oriented business strategies to increase revenue and market presence
• Manage senior consultants, case officers, and support teams to ensure operational excellence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, partners, and key stakeholders
• Monitor KPIs, case success rates, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and high-level negotiations
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and service quality across all departments

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in the immigration industry or related professional services
• Proven hands-on experience with work permit programs, residency visas, and PR pathways
• Prior experience in a senior leadership or managing role is mandatory
• Strong understanding of immigration processes, documentation, compliance, and risk management
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results and grow an immigration business
• Excellent leadership, people management, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities
• Experience working in Qatar or the GCC region is highly preferred
