Immigration Consultant

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Immigration Consultant to provide expert guidance on immigration laws, visa processes, and residency or citizenship applications. The ideal candidate will assist clients throughout the immigration process, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and deliver accurate, timely advice tailored to individual circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ eligibility for visas, work permits, permanent residency, or citizenship
• Advise clients on immigration programs, requirements, timelines, and documentation
• Prepare, review, and submit immigration applications and supporting documents
• Ensure all cases comply with current immigration laws, policies, and procedures
• Communicate with immigration authorities, embassies, and government agencies as required
• Maintain accurate client records and case notes
• Track application progress and provide regular updates to clients
• Stay up to date with changes in immigration laws and regulations
• Handle client inquiries professionally and maintain confidentiality at all times

Requirements & Qualification

• Proven experience as an Immigration Consultant or in a similar immigration advisory role
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Client-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and case management systems
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is required
• Higher qualifications such as Master’s degree, Law degree, or specialized certifications will be considered an advantage
• Relevant training or certification in immigration consultancy is a plus, but not mandatory.
