Job Overview

Bidaya Consultants is hiring Immigration Consultant to handle client inquiries and assist customers with visa and overseas job opportunities. This is a target-driven role suited for candidates with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
• Explain visa and overseas job services clearly to clients
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships
• Support lead conversion and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain accurate client records and updates

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months experience in sales, telesales, or customer service preferred
• Freshers can apply if confident in communication and sales
• Languages required: Hindi, Punjabi, and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM is a plus)
• Ability to work in a performance-based environment
