Job Summary:

The Immigration Consultant will provide professional advice and end-to-end assistance to clients seeking immigration, residency, work permits, or study visas in Gulf countries UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and European destinations UK, Germany, Portugal, Poland, Malta Bulgaria The role involves client assessment, document preparation, application submission, and ongoing case management, ensuring all applications comply with local and international immigration laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation & Assessment

Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ profiles and eligibility for immigration, work, or study programs in Gulf and European countries.

Advise clients on suitable visa categories, permanent residency options, or business migration pathways.

Explain legal requirements, timelines, and costs associated with each process.

Application Management

Prepare and submit visa, residency, and work permit applications according to country-specific guidelines.

Liaise with embassies, consulates, and government authorities for document verification and case updates.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all client files and application packages.

Regulatory & Compliance

Stay current with Gulf and European immigration laws, labour market regulations, and government policies.

Ensure all documentation and advice adhere to the latest immigration requirements.

Maintain client confidentiality and comply with data protection standards
