Full Job Description Reside Global is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Immigration Sales Manager (Filipino Speaker) to join our growing team in the UAE. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring the sales team, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, proven sales management experience, and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their immigration and career goals abroad. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the immigration sales team, providing training, motivation, and coaching to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue. Build and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring a professional and seamless experience. Analyze immigration industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management. Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and enhance service delivery. Qualifications 2–3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in immigration services or a related industry. Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on developing sales professionals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment. Fluent in English and Filipino (Tagalog) is required. Knowledge of Hindi and/or Urdu is an advantage.
