We are currently seeking experienced Case Writers and Immigration Processors with in-depth knowledge of the EB-2 NIW program to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing comprehensive petition packages, working directly with clients, and ensuring all documentation meets USCIS standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, draft, and review EB-2 NIW petition letters, personal statements, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct client interviews and gather necessary information to assess eligibility.
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal team members to ensure case accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and client records.
• Stay updated with U.S. immigration law and policy changes relevant to the EB-2 NIW program.
• Meet strict deadlines while managing multiple active cases efficiently.

Ideal Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in U.S. immigration case preparation, specifically with EB-2 NIW petitions.
• Strong understanding of USCIS documentation requirements and adjudication trends.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills with the ability to draft persuasive, concise, and legally sound case narratives.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Law, Political Science, International Relations, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a U.S. immigration law firm or consultancy setting.
• Familiarity with other employment-based U.S. immigration categories is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management tools or CRM systems.
