Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on immigration pathways, including Canada/Australia PR, European work permits.
• Assess client eligibility, prepare application packages, and guide them through the entire process.
• Stay updated on global immigration laws and policies.
• Deliver exceptional client service with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, or a similar role. Freshers are also welcome.
• Strong knowledge of Canada/Australia PR, European work permits(preferred).
• Excellent communication and Persuasion skills.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about client success.
