Immigration Sales Training Manager

• Should know the counselling process, how to give guidance to the clients, knowledge of the products.
• ⁠Ability to make a good terms with clients for the future references.
• ⁠Ability to increase the sales of the company.
• ⁠Ability to resolve and manage the client issues.
• Ability to train new hired Counselors about the products.
• Give regular training to the current team to help them get better.
• Find out where and what training is needed.
• Check if the training is working and make changes if needed.
• ⁠Keep up to date with immigration rules and market trends to keep training useful.
• ⁠Travel to branches to train teams in person.
• ⁠Mentor team members become better at talking to customers, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Responsible for the overall performance of the branches.
• Set targets for branches and help them to achieve that.
