Position Summary

We are hiring an experienced Implementation Coordinator to manage end-to-end rollout of SBS projects in Riyadh. This role is critical for ensuring site readiness, subcontractor coordination, and timely delivery of RAN and Core network implementations.

Detailed Job Description

As an Implementation Coordinator, you will oversee the planning, execution, and governance of telecom rollout projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and EHS guidelines. You'll manage subcontractors, handle purchase orders, track progress, and prepare GAP reports. The role also involves supporting governance meetings, maintaining accurate documentation, and following up on MDT/TCN approvals for multi-technology deployments (2G/4G/5G, MW, Core CS/PS). This is a high-impact position requiring strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate RAN site implementation from planning through handover
• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and field resources
• Issue and manage POs, including GR, cancellations, and closure
• Monitor progress, identify gaps, and prepare GAP analysis reports
• Support governance meetings with dashboards, agendas, and presentations
• Maintain accurate documentation across all project phases
• Ensure EHS compliance and adherence to project frameworks
• Follow up for MDT/TCN approvals for RAN and Core technologies

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Communication Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination (telecom/RAN preferred)
• Strong GAP analysis and performance tracking skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; PM tools a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with multi-vendor environments (Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia)
• Familiarity with telecom governance frameworks
• Knowledge of MW and Core network rollout processes
• PMP or similar project management certification
• Advanced reporting and dashboard creation skills
