Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Sales / Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team by coordinating projects, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.   • Project Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure timely completion.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations to facilitate the sales process.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project details, client interactions, and sales activities. Generate reports as needed to track project status and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 - 2 Years Exp
