Hiring: Hospital Implementation Expert (On-Ground Role)

We’re looking for Nurses / BHMS doctors for an on-ground role to help hospitals move from paper to digital.

What you’ll do:

• Travel to hospitals for 2–3 weeks during implementation
• Understand existing paper forms & IPD workflows
• Configure the digital system (forms, roles, teams)
• Train staff and ensure smooth adoption
• Use communication, convincing & practical jugaad to make things work

Who should apply:

• Clinical background (Nursing / BHMS / hospital ops)
• Comfortable with travel and on-site work
• Practical, patient, and solution-oriented
