Import Documentation Specialist (FREIGHT FORWARDING)

Karachi, Pakistan

  • Manage all import documentation, including Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, commercial

invoices, packing lists, and other required documents.

  • Serve as the key point of contact for clients, carriers, and customs agents, providing

updates and resolving any documentation-related issues.

  • Maintain a comprehensive and organized filing system for all shipment documents,

ensuring data accuracy and easy retrieval for audits.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to

ensure seamless information flow and alignment on shipment status.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in logistics or freight

forwarding, with a strong focus on import documentation.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business

Administration, or a related field.

  • Skills:

o Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and
INCOTERMS.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with
a logistics or ERP system.

Salary: 70-85k.

Location: Kemari.
