Position: Import-Export Executive

Location: Wadala East, Mumbai
Experience: 3 – 8 years (preferably in Chemical Logistics or Chemical Import-Export)
Qualification: B.Com. / Technical Degree (Import-Export Diploma preferred)
Gender: Male

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Import-Export Executive to manage both international and domestic supply-chain operations. The role demands strong coordination, documentation accuracy, and compliance knowledge to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

Import-Export Operations

• Prepare, verify, and send shipping and payment documents to agents.
• Coordinate with foreign suppliers and internal teams on shipments.
• Book online airway bills and track courier consignments.
• Review shipping, handling, and customs charges for accuracy.
• Ensure full compliance with customs, banking, and insurance regulations.

Domestic Logistics & Supply Chain

• Oversee end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and dispatch of goods.
• Supervise drivers and warehouse personnel.
• Liaise with suppliers, retailers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain detailed shipment and stock records.

Requirements

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of import-export documentation, customs, and logistics coordination.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Background

• Prior experience in Chemical Import-Export or Logistics.
• Knowledge of ERP/logistics management software is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
