ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: -

Export Sales and Marketing: Adept at developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to penetrate international markets with a proven track record of driving export sales growth. Skilled in cultivating client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets. Exceptional communication and analytical skills for market research and trend analysis. International & Domestic Logistics: Freight rate negotiation with shipping line & and forwarders, Follow-up with Logistics, Container Booking, Planning vessel Cutoffs Booking, and Container Tracking. Shipment Tracking: Monitor and track shipments to ensure they reach their destination on time and in good condition. Keep stakeholders informed of shipment status. Forex & Banking management/ Bank Transaction: Foreign inward outward remittance, Enclosure of Export Import outstanding Bill, Bank outstanding Compliances. Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal teams, Suppliers, customers, and logistics partners toensure the accurate exchange of information and resolve any issue promptly. Document Preparation: Prepare and review all Export documents invoices, packing lists, bills of invoices, Certificates of Origin, and other necessary documentation. Handle both LC and TT –based transactions. To prepare export documentation for Pre-shipment and Post-shipment. Custom Clearance: Collaborate with customs agents and authorities to facilitate the customs clearance process for shipment, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Coordination with CHA for Shipping Bill and bill of Entry. Import: Coordinate with shippers from different Countries, Container Tracking, and follow up with Shippers for Documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
