Qualifications

• Graduated from a Faculty of Engineering,
• At least 2 years of experience in Procurement of Imported Materials in the Automotive sector,
• Proficiency in English (Required),
• Familiarity with SAP MM module (Preferred),
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Analytical thinker, inclined towards teamwork,
• Strong communication skills, result-oriented,
• Hold a Class B driver's license and be capable of active vehicle operation,
• No travel restrictions,
• No military service obligation for male candidates,
• Reside in Kütahya.

Job Description

• Opening orders for imported materials in accordance with stock targets and order parameters,
• Systematic tracking of material stock levels based on usage requirements, with proactive measures for identifying critical materials,
• Collaboration with the Foreign Trade unit to ensure timely and financially aligned execution of material customs processes,
• Management of expensive freight costs,
• Efficient management of material stocks that are approaching depletion to prevent wastage,
• Monitoring engineering changes and taking necessary actions,
• Inventory management,
• Calculation and tracking of monthly import forecasts,
• Tracking and taking action on discrepancies between target and actual monthly demands.
