What You'll Be Doing?

• Ensure timely purchase packaging/ packaging raw materials to support plants operations.
• Perform supplier evaluation and selection as per company standards and support for establishing sourcing strategy.
• Generate procurement projects according strategic sourcing initiative process and detailed plan for execution and follow up on progress and implementation.
• Perform purchase price analysis, understand volume & technic specification and coordinate them with stakeholders such as planning, R&D, Quality, Production.
• Develop more sources of supplies and negotiate the price, quality and delivery to meet company requirements.
• Develop supplier partnership to identify and develop ongoing total cost reductions.
• Ensure data sharing to global for running a tender or other related business needs.
• Support to the related purchasing team to achieve KPIs.
• Negotiate and manage the contract process.
• Prosessing of SAP data reporting, analyzes of spend data and budget comparisons for assigned materials.

Who We're Looking For?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant fields.
• Professional experience (3-4 years) in a similar role especially in multicultural companies.
• Fluent in English.
• Having no restrictions for travelling.
• Strong an analytical skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus asset.
• Advanced knowledge of MS-Office applications (especially MS Excel applications).
