Imports Manager

Location: Raiwind, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Imports Manager to oversee and manage all import-related operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth international procurement, timely shipment handling, and full compliance with customs regulations while optimizing costs and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete import cycle from order placement to delivery
• Coordinate with international suppliers and negotiate terms
• Handle all import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, LC, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with customs rules and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with clearing agents, freight forwarders, and shipping lines
• Track shipments and ensure timely clearance and delivery
• Monitor import costs and control logistics expenses
• Resolve delays, damages, or shipment discrepancies
• Maintain proper records and reporting of import activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in import/logistics management
• Strong knowledge of import procedures, documentation, and Incoterms
• Experience dealing with customs clearance and freight operations
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines
