Responsibilities

• Ensure that construction and work organization are carried out in accordance with feasibility studies and project requirements; take, implement, and enforce all measures prescribed by relevant legislation.
• Supervise daily construction operations to ensure that the work is performed on time, within budget, in compliance with quality standards, and in a safe manner.
• Prepare the overall work schedule, compare it with on-site progress, and update the schedule as necessary.
• Inspect and, when necessary, approve all disciplines of production within the project, ensuring compliance with design and preparing the required reports.
• Conduct and report price and cost analyses.
• Anticipate potential issues or delays during the process, promptly inform relevant parties, and provide solution proposals.
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and the current project plan.
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment on site.
• Handle emergency situations in accordance with established procedures; ensure that all occupational health and safety measures are implemented, monitored, and reported.
• Ensure that all safety precautions and quality standards are fully met.
• Collaborate with various departments and teams assigned to the project.
• Maintain and organize all site-related logs, minutes, and documentation.
• Ensure that technical feasibility studies are carried out with the involvement of all relevant stakeholders within the scope and objectives of the projects.
• Prepare project-related reports and provide updates to management as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural and architectural works (preferably in industrial building projects),
• Previous experience as a Site Manager, with strong knowledge of relevant regulations and legal requirements,
• No travel restrictions; able to work on long-term out-of-town projects,
• Capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD applications,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Experience in investor/client relations management,
• High sense of responsibility and excellent time management skills,
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
