In-Charge Civil – Technical

We are looking for a highly experienced In-Charge Civil – Technical Department to lead civil and structural engineering activities for Oil & Gas EPC projects . The role involves overseeing design review, technical compliance, coordination, and execution support , ensuring alignment with project specifications, international codes, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil & structural technical activities for EPC projects
• Review civil drawings, design calculations, specifications, and BOQs
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, IFC drawings, and international standards
• Coordinate with design consultants, site teams, QA/QC, planning, and procurement
• Provide technical support during construction, fabrication, and erection stages
• Review and approve method statements, ITPs, and construction procedures
• Handle technical queries (TQs), RFIs, and design clarifications
• Monitor design changes and support value engineering initiatives
• Review contractor and vendor submissions for technical compliance
• Support proposal and tender teams with technical inputs and BOQs
• Lead and mentor civil engineers and drafting staff
• Ensure adherence to HSE and quality standards at all project stages

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in Civil & Structural works for Oil & Gas / EPC projects
• Strong experience in foundations, concrete structures, steel structures, buildings, and infrastructure works
• Excellent knowledge of ACI, AISC, BS, ASTM, Eurocode, and international standards
• Experience in design review and construction supervision
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office , and relevant engineering software
