POSITION SUMMARY:

Caregiver / CNA / HHA / DCW / PCT – Flexible Schedules

Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in clients’ homes. Help seniors and adults with daily living while building meaningful connections.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and reference check
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Negative TB test (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, feeding, and hygiene support
• Assist with household tasks: light housekeeping, meal prep, grocery shopping, errands, and transportation
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and medication reminders
• Complete daily electronic documentation
