Job Summary:

As an In Home Spanish Speaking Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, including assisting with daily living activities, household chores, and personal care needs. You will work closely with our clients and their families to ensure their needs are met and their lives are enriched.

Responsibilities:

• Execute client care plans and document daily activities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide household assistance, including food preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry

• Deliver personal care assistance, including hygienic care, mobility assistance, and medication management

• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of formal caregiving experience in senior care

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff in Spanish

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Physically able to lift 50 lbs. and perform tasks that require standing, walking, and reaching

• Able to talk, hear, and see

• Ability to drive a vehicle (if necessary)

Compensation:

• Starting hourly rate: $15-$17, depending on experience

• Full-time/Part-time position

• Weekly pay
