In-House Mortgage Advisor (Real Estate)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated In-House Mortgage Advisor to join our brokerage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with all aspects of the mortgage process — from initial consultation to loan approval — ensuring a seamless and professional experience. You will work closely with property consultants, developers, and financial institutions to provide tailored mortgage solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable mortgage products and financing options based on their financial circumstances and property goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner banks, financial institutions, and internal sales teams.
• Assist clients in preparing and submitting mortgage applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Monitor the progress of applications and liaise with lenders to ensure timely approvals and disbursements.
• Stay updated with UAE Central Bank regulations, bank policies, and mortgage product offerings.
• Conduct affordability assessments, eligibility checks, and rate comparisons.
• Work collaboratively with in-house property consultants to convert property leads into closed deals.
• Provide exceptional post-sales service, guiding clients through the entire mortgage journey.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for mortgage conversions and loan volumes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of mortgage advisory experience in UAE (Preferably Real Estate).
• Strong understanding of UAE mortgage regulations, lending criteria, and real estate market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Proven track record in achieving sales or loan targets.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage, but not mandatory.
