Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will guide clients through the home-buying process, from initial inquiry to closing, while delivering exceptional service and expert advice on residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying residential properties, including apartments, villas, and townhouses
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about listings
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties based on preferences and budget
• Negotiate offers and close sales in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and new developments
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property developers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in residential real estate sales or a related field
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi housing market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-first mindset
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
