Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and polished Luxury Property Sales Specialist to join our elite team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in high-value property sales, exceptional client service skills, and a deep understanding of the luxury market. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the acquisition of premium properties, providing tailored investment advice, and delivering a seamless, high-touch experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent and sell luxury residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi
  • Provide personalized consultations and investment guidance to high-net-worth clients
  • Conduct private property viewings and manage negotiations with discretion and professionalism
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners
  • Stay informed about market trends, new developments, and legal regulations
  • Collaborate with marketing and listing teams to promote premium properties effectively
  • Deliver exceptional service throughout the sales cycle and post-sale follow-up

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or high-end client services
  • Proven track record of closing high-value property transactions
  • Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi luxury property market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
