Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Realtor to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with strong sales skills, deep market knowledge, and a passion for helping clients navigate property transactions. You will be responsible for managing listings, advising buyers and sellers, and closing deals across a range of property types.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate, detailed information about listings
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
• Negotiate offers and finalize contracts with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license or certification (UAE or international equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
