Inbound Call Center Representative

Overview
In this position, you will serve as the first point of contact for end-users and customers seeking assistance, providing exceptional service and solutions through inbound calls. We are currently looking for someone who is available for early morning - mid afternoon daytime shifts on the weekends (Sat/Sun).

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries with clarity
  • Provide accurate information about our client's products and services
  • Assist end-users and customers with troubleshooting issues, updating account information through data entry and system navigation, and more
  • Utilize NetSuite to create cases, succinctly describing exactly what you helped troubleshoot
  • Follow established call center protocols to ensure consistent service quality and compliance with company policies
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and clear communication

Skills

  • General computer proficiency. You will need to be able to install applications and extensions and navigate applications like Discord/Slack for communication with the team and for screen-sharing/training.
  • Prior call center experience or background in outbound calling is advantageous but not required
  • Exceptional communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and active listening capabilities
  • Analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and recommend appropriate solutions

Pay: $1,700.00 - $2,500.00 per month
