International Call Center Representative (part time/full time)

Outwerk Solutions is actively seeking experienced and results-oriented Calling Agents to play a pivotal role in boosting our company's sales. Freshers with excellent English communication skills are also encouraged to apply .As the voice representing our organization, the call center representative should exhibit exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quickly master and recall scripts for our services during calls.
  • Foster enduring customer relationships by exceeding expectations in customer engagement.
  • Proactively generate sales leads and adeptly manage the sales pipeline.
  • Discern customer needs, clarify information, investigate issues, and provide effective solutions or alternatives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the Call Center Industry is highly advantageous.
  • We also welcome fresh candidates with strong English speaking skills.
  • Proficiency in phone and verbal communication, complemented by active listening.
  • Exceptional English communication skills and a talent for interpersonal interactions.
  • Demonstrated competitiveness and self-assuredness.
  • Self-motivated with a relentless commitment to achieving results.

Working days : Monday-Friday

Part time: 6pm-1am

Full time:6pm -3am

In Ramadan shift starts at 7:30 pm
