Inbound Call Center Representative

We’re looking for a friendly and customer-focused Inbound Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide effective solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and service requests
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary
  • Document call details and update customer records in the system
  • Follow company procedures and quality standards

A Typical Day Might Include

  • Handling inbound calls and addressing customer needs
  • Managing multiple calls while maintaining service quality
  • Recording customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Following up with customers when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (CRM tools, data entry, email)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred (not required)
