Customer Support Agent (Night Shift)

We are expanding our team at 5 Star Innovations Private Limited

Location: Wapda Town, Lahore (On-site)
Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

We are hiring:
2 Junior Agents (0–6 months experience)
1 Senior Agent (1.5–2 years experience)

Role:
Handle U.S.-based customers via email and phone, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries (email & phone)
Handle complaints with professionalism and empathy
Record all interactions in the system
Coordinate with internal teams
Recommend suitable products/services
Support sales (upselling/cross-selling)
Meet performance and service targets
Sales & customer service experience preferred
Willing to work night shifts
Strong English communication skills
Experience with U.S. customers (as per role level)
