Outbound Sales Representative (U.S. Campaign)

We are hiring experienced Outbound Sales Representatives for our U.S.-based call center campaign. The role requires strong communication and closing skills with a proven track record in sales.

Job Details:

Salary: 60,000+ (basic) + competitive commission

Work Schedule: 5 days a week (evening/night shift – U.S. hours)

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers for sales conversion.

- Present products/services effectively and close deals.

- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets.

- Build strong customer relationships and maintain follow-ups.

- Handle objections professionally and convert leads into sales.

- Collaborate with team members to improve overall performance.

- accurate records of calls and sales in CRM systems.

Requirements:

-Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound call center sales.

-Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.

-Strong sales mindset and target-driven attitude.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
