We are hiring Incharge - Maintenance & Utilities

Location: Rasheedabad SITE, Karachi.

Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (preferred)

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure timely repairing & maintenance of building infrastructure, including civil and construction works.
• Manage maintenance of masonry, plumbing, carpentry, and painting works to maintain facility standards.
• Supervise mechanical, electrical, and electronics maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and facilities.
• Ensure availability and proper functioning of firefighting equipment as per safety requirements.
• Coordinate procurement of construction materials and machine spare parts as per operational needs.
• Monitor maintenance team performance and assign daily tasks efficiently.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and company policies.
• Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance work.

Skills and Traits:

• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and civil system of textile sector.
• Ability to identify and resolve faults quickly using structured diagnostic techniques.
