Incharge Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nurses and ward attendants.
• Prepare duty rosters and manage staff schedules.
• Ensure all patients receive proper care and attention.
• Maintain patient records and reports correctly.
• Check cleanliness and hygiene in the ward.
• Ensure medicines, supplies, and equipment are available.
• Coordinate with doctors and other departments.
• Train and guide new nursing staff.
• Follow hospital rules, policies, and safety procedures.
• Report any incidents or problems to higher authorities.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. Nursing or GNM.
• Must be registered with the Nursing Council.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
