Incharge - Vendor Operations (Bike Taxi)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for bike taxi attachments and ensure monthly attachment targets are met.
• Conduct market studies and analyses to enhance bike taxi business performance.
• Provide rider support both through calls and field visits as required.
• Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.
• Improve rider login performance and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across business teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in operations, sales or city management, preferably within the mobility or logistics sector.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
