Incharge Warehouse Finished Goods

• Lead the systematic receipt of finished goods from production, ensuring 100% accuracy in stock levels through real-time tracking and regular cycle counts.
• Coordinate the picking, packing, and loading processes to meet daily shipping targets. Ensure batch tracking protocols are strictly followed.
• Utilize data analytics to optimize warehouse layout, reduce "dock-to-stock" time, and improve picking routes for both manual and automated teams.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of supervisors, pickers, and equipment operators. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Act as the super-user for our (SAP) and WMS, ensuring all digital transactions mirror physical movements instantly.
• Maintain a gold-standard safety environment, ensuring compliance with OSHA/HSE regulations and overseeing the maintenance of warehouse equipment and AMRs.
• Implement initiatives, such as optimizing packaging to reduce waste and managing reverse logistics for eco-friendly returns.
