Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily Indian meals & light café food
• Manage hot kitchen & basic prep independently
• Maintain taste consistency & portion control
• Assist in simple menu planning & cost control
• Follow hygiene & food safety standards
• Work with 1–2 helpers
• Handle custom dietary requests (Pure Veg.)

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience as CDP / Cook
• Good knowledge of Indian cuisine
• Basic café / continental cooking skills
• Clean, disciplined & trustworthy

Working Hours

• 8–10 hours/day | 1 weekly off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
